Delete Account
We hate to see you go! But if you wish to delete your Gametime account, this can now be done on both our mobile apps and our website.
NOTE: We cannot delete an account if:
- there is an order on the account from the last 120 days
- the account is banned
- you have tickets to an upcoming event
- you have sold tickets on Gametime in the past year
From the mobile app
Once logged into the account you wish to delete, simply navigate to the profile tab and click "View Profile." From there, you'll see a link to "request account deletion." If your account can not be deleted for any reason, you'll receive an email explaining exactly why.
From web browser
Simply navigate to gametime.co on your web browser and log in to your account. On the "Profile" tab, you'll see a link to "request account deletion." If your account can not be deleted for any reason, you'll receive an email explaining exactly why.
