Many MLB teams require that their tickets be transferred externally through the MLB Ballpark app. You can identify if your tickets will be transferred through the Ballpark app if you were advised at check-out that your tickets require an external transfer through the Ballpark app and you were asked to enter your transfer information.

#### Have Not Received a Transfer Email

Oftentimes, with tickets delivered through the MLB Ballpark app, they will go directly to the app and you will not receive a transfer email. If you have received a text from Gametime that your tickets have been delivered, download the MLB Ballpark app and sign in using the transfer email address that you provided at check out. If you have not used the MLB Ballpark app with this email address in the past, you will need to create a new account. Once you are signed in, tap on the "tickets" tab at the bottom of the screen to view your tickets.

#### If You Are Not Seeing Your Tickets in the Ballpark App

Your tickets will only show up in the account of the email address provided at check-out. Confirm you are signed into the Ballpark app using this email address. If you are signed in using your transfer email address, confirm it has been verified in the Ballpark app to accept tickets. You can confirm this by selecting the home plate at the bottom left corner of the app, then select "My MLB Account Email". From there, confirm that your transfer email address has a blue checkmark to the right of it to ensure it is verified, as shown in the screenshot below:

If there is not a blue checkmark, you will see the option to verify your email address for ticket access. Select to verify your email address and check your email account for a verification email. Once you select verify in the email, you will be redirected back to the Ballpark app. Once signed in and verified, select the "tickets" tab to view your tickets.

#### Followed the Steps Above and Still Not Seeing Your Tickets?

It is not uncommon for the tickets page to need to be refreshed once your tickets have been transferred and your email address has been verified. If you have followed the steps above and are still not seeing your tickets, allow 5-10 minutes and then select "Refresh My Tickets" in the tickets tab, as shown in the screenshot below. Once the page has been refreshed your tickets should pop right up!

#### MLB/Ticketmaster Integration

If you have clicked on your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app and have been directed to a blank Ticketmaster page, please visit the team's Ticketmaster account manager and sign in using the same email address that you use for the MLB Ballpark app. Once signed in, you should be able to view your tickets under upcoming events. You can typically locate a Ticketmaster account manager by Googling the team's name along with "Ticketmaster account manager".

#### Texted Ticket Links

If you were texted the links to your tickets, please tap on the links individually to pull up the barcodes to your tickets. With these links, your tickets will not populate in your MLB Ballpark account. You will instead scan into the event directly from the barcode provided by the link.
