As a ticket marketplace, we don't own our inventory. However, our sellers work incredibly hard to deliver your tickets as quickly as possible! You will receive a text when your tickets arrive and you'll be able to view them right away.   
  
For security purposes, many venues will hold the barcodes of their tickets for 24-48 hours prior to the event. This helps make things safer for you! 

As an added assurance, we guarantee your tickets will get delivered before the start of the event. If they aren’t, we will look for comparable replacements, or issue a 110% Gametime credit or full refund if comparable replacements aren’t available.

**Please note:** all sales are final by our sellers' policy. We understand getting your tickets quickly is important—however, we do not offer refunds for valid tickets delivered within our expected timeframe.
