To view your tickets in the Gametime app, select "tickets" at the bottom of the app. Select the upcoming event that you would like to view tickets for. Selecting "view tickets" will populate the QR codes for your tickets. The QR codes can be used to scan into the venue. 

#### Troubleshooting Locating Your Tickets

  

If you are not seeing your tickets under the "tickets" section, follow the steps below to locate them:

1.  Visit the "profile" section of your app and ensure you are signed in using the email address used to place the order. 
2.  Close the app completely and reopen it. 
3.  Ensure the tickets have not been shared. If the tickets have been shared, you will see the quantity of tickets shared when you select the event from the "tickets" section. Select "unshare ticket" to bring the ticket back to your app.
